1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Vifose Forge, or by using vifose.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our applications or website.

2. What Vifose Forge is

Vifose Forge is a desktop application that helps you produce, organize, and manage video content, including generating scripts, images, voiceovers, and assembling finished videos, and optionally uploading them to YouTube and/or TikTok accounts you connect and authorize yourself.

3. Your account connections

When you connect a YouTube or TikTok account to Forge, you are granting Forge permission to act on your behalf for the specific actions you configure (e.g. uploading a video, setting its title/description). You are solely responsible for the content you choose to generate and publish through Forge, and for complying with YouTube's and TikTok's own terms of service and community guidelines. You can revoke Forge's access at any time from within the application or from your YouTube/TikTok account settings.

4. Your content

You retain full ownership of the projects, scripts, and videos you create with Forge. We claim no rights to your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any source material you use, and that the content you publish complies with applicable law and the policies of any platform you publish to.

5. Third-party services

Forge relies on third-party AI providers and platform APIs (such as YouTube's and TikTok's) that you configure with your own API keys and account connections. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, output, or policies of third-party services.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Forge to generate or publish content that is illegal, infringes on others' rights, or violates the terms of any platform you publish to (including YouTube's and TikTok's community guidelines). We reserve the right to refuse support or discontinue features for accounts found to be materially violating these terms.

7. Purchases

Some Vifose applications, including Forge, are paid products. Pricing is shown at the time of purchase on vifose.com. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, purchases are for a license to use the software, not a subscription to ongoing services.

8. No warranty

Vifose Forge and vifose.com are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will be error-free, that third-party AI or platform APIs will always be available, or that any specific upload or publish will succeed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vifose is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Forge or vifose.com, including damages resulting from content you publish to YouTube, TikTok, or any other platform.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our applications evolve. Continued use of Forge or vifose.com after a change means you accept the updated terms.
